Welcome to CaraCrochets. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, your purchases of our handmade crochet products, and your relationship with our brand. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Handmade Nature & Product Variations

• Unique Pieces: Every item at CaraCrochets is entirely handcrafted. Because of this artisanal process, minor variations in stitch patterns, sizing, and color distribution are normal and celebrate the uniqueness of handmade fiber art.

• Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and dye lot variations from yarn manufacturers.

2. Orders, Pricing, & Custom Requests

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our shop are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason.

• Pricing: Prices for our items are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

• Custom Orders: Custom requests require upfront communication and full payment before crafting begins. Estimated production timelines for custom items are approximations and may vary depending on design complexity.

3. Shipping, Delivery, & Customs

• Processing Times: Standard ready-to-ship items are processed within the timeline stated on the product page. Made-to-order or custom items require additional creation time.

• Shipping Address: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. CaraCrochets is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

• Cancellations: Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not already shipped or production has not begun on a custom piece.

• Returns: Due to the custom, made-to-order, and handmade nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

• Exclusions: Custom orders, personalized items, and digital crochet patterns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Intellectual Property

• Design & Content Protection: All content on this website—including product designs, text descriptions, images, logos, and digital crochet patterns—is the property of CaraCrochets and is protected by copyright laws.

• Pattern Usage: Digital patterns purchased from CaraCrochets are for personal use only. You may not copy, alter, redistribute, or resell the pattern text or images.

6. Limitation of Liability

CaraCrochets provides handmade goods and digital resources "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
